Originally built as a department store in 1912, it has been lovingly transformed into a wedding venue by Nicole and Mark Redden, a couple who swapped their corporate careers for this amazing venture. They poured their hearts into revitalizing the building. What stood out to me was how the venue strikes the perfect balance between grand and cozy. With its original hardwood floors, towering columns, and stunning architecture, it feels timeless. And let’s not forget those gorgeous crystal chandeliers that Nicole has a real talent for choosing—they added such a special touch to the whole vibe. Venue 290 truly merges history and beauty, creating an enchanting backdrop for Angel and Casina’s special day.
The Venue 290’s indoor wedding chapel is simply breathtaking! With stunning crystal chandeliers, lovely white drapes, antique oak pews, and huge windows letting in natural light, I was in photographer heaven! The atmosphere was perfect as Angel and Casina exchanged vows at the altar, and the elegance of the venue matched the depth of their love.
Their relationship has always been about balance—Angel’s outgoing, energetic nature perfectly complements Casina’s more reserved personality. Together, they’ve built something special, weathering life’s trials, including the heartbreaking loss of Casina’s father. The strength and tenderness with which they supported each other through these challenges were evident throughout their wedding day, making every moment feel even more meaningful.

The evening was a blast with dancing, delicious food from SuzyQ Catering, and lively beats from DJ Cedric, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long.
Later on, just as the sun began to set, the newlyweds stepped outside for some stunning sunset photos on the rooftop—talk about perfect timing to capture that magical light! Angel and Casina’s love was evident in every detail of the day, from the heartfelt tribute to Ryan to the lively dance floor moments and those quiet, intimate exchanges between the couple.
